Financing for the Reactivation of the Agricultural, Fisheries, Aquaculture, Forestry and Agro-industrial Sector (Law No. 2071)

The purpose of this law is to adopt measures to alleviate the financial and non-financial obligations of those small and medium-sized agricultural, fisheries, aquaculture, forestry and agro-industrial producers affected by phytosanitary, animal health (generated by pests and diseases in crops and animals), biological phenomena, severe and sustained fall in income or controllable by the producer that has affected their productive activity and marketing, preventing them from giving compliance with them.
