Peru: Supreme Decree N° 008-2015-MINAGRI. Approval of the “National Food and Nutrition Security Plan 2015-2021”.

Through this regulation, the National Food and Nutritional Security Plan 2015-2021 is approved, whose execution will be in charge of the State entities indicated in the document, according to their competences. The responsible entities shall incorporate the actions of the Plan in their respective annual Institutional Operational Plans (POI), taking as a reference the information and objectives established in the National Plan. The Multisectoral Commission for Food and Nutritional Security, through its Technical Secretariat, will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the progress of the Plan. To this end, a multisectoral team will be formed with professionals from the planning offices or monitoring and evaluation areas of the entities involved, who will provide information on progress in the indicators of their sectors.
