Law No. 144: Bolivia

The present Law aims to regulate the process of the Communal Productive Agricultural Revolution for food sovereignty, establishing the institutional, policy, technical, technological, and financial foundations for the production, transformation, and commercialization of agricultural and forestry products. This law involves various actors in the plural economy and prioritizes organic production in harmony and balance with natural resources.
