Description

The Strategic Public Policy Guidelines for Peasant, Family and Community Agriculture (ACFC) are a public policy instrument, of national scope, whose objective is to strengthen the social, economic and political capacities of ACFC families, communities and organizations, based on rural development with a territorial focus that improves the sustainability of agricultural production and generates well-being and good living of the rural population. The strengthening of the ACFC will be based on the comprehensive and simultaneous development of strategies and actions focused on the following axes: 1) Rural extension and capacity building; 2) Rural public goods; 3) Access to and tenure of land; 4) Incentives and financing; 5) Sustainable production systems; 6) Short marketing circuits; 7) Social marketing; 8) Non-agricultural diversification; 9) Advocacy and participation; 10) Information systems.
