Description
The strategy has five objectives (1) bioeconomy for rural development, (2) biodiversity and development, (3) biorefinery of residual biomass, (4) advanced bioeconomy and (5) urban bioeconomy and green cities. Added to these as transversal axes are communication with society, education and capacity development, research and development, incentives, financing and attraction of foreign investment, and access to markets.
