Description

This Law modernizes and simplifies customs regimes and procedures, which will contribute to greater streamlining of the procedures for the clearance of goods. In addition, by eliminating legislative dispersion, it facilitates a better understanding and compliance with customs formalities and procedures. Finally, this Law guarantees that the DGA exercises its powers within the framework of due process, which provides legal certainty and transparency to operators.
