Description
The Cooperation Agreement between Guatemala and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD). The regulation aims to support the countrys economic recovery in the face of the negative effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, the effects of tropical depressions, international geopolitical conflicts and save State resources in the payment of public debt. The agreement details payment terms for a 13-year term, which includes a grace period of 5 years.
