The Rural Electronic Commerce Plan will be the framework of action for the promotion of this type of commerce in rural areas of the country, covering agricultural and non-agricultural activities, and providing a cross-cutting direction for the electronic commerce component in the programmes of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
