Description

The purpose of this law is to establish the legal regime for fishing and aquaculture, in order to ensure the conservation, management, sustainable development and responsible use of hydrobiological resources and the ecosystems that contain them in the national territory and in the waters, both continental and maritime, over which the State exercises its sovereignty and jurisdiction.
