At the III Meeting of EU-CELAC Foreign Ministers, the "Road Map 2022-2023" was approved. Roadmap 2022-2023, which highlights as priority issues for the global positioning of the region: Inclusive, equitable and sustainable post-pandemic economic recovery; cooperation in food security, energy, health, social justice; innovation, with emphasis on scientific innovation; the fight against climate change; and the fight against climate change. the fight against climate change, the digital agenda and cooperation in governance, migration and the promotion and protection of human rights.
At the XXVIII Ibero-American Summit of Heads of State and Government in Santo Domingo, the Four-Year Action Plan for Ibero-American Cooperation (PACCI) 2023-2026 was approved, which prioritizes the areas of social cohesion with support for inclusive public policies; knowledge, with special interest in innovation and digital transformation; gender equality; culture and cultural diversity; environment, focusing on biodiversity conservation and sustainable use of natural resources; justice, public innovation and citizenship; and productive transformation.
