Video of the participants in the forum agreed that Latin America and the Caribbean has comparative advantages in promoting bioinputs as a strategic technology for the transformation of agriculture, but its real use requires that countries make efforts in the promotion of science, technology and innovation, the formulation and implementation of regulations, the promotion of appropriate financial instruments and the promotion of the market and productive investments.
