Experts will discuss agri-food trade and its impact on Latin America and the Caribbean in Panama

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) are holding the first meeting of the Network of Experts on Agrifood Trade (RECA) in Latin America and the Caribbean in Panama. The meeting brings together researchers, specialists and experts in agricultural trade and trade policy to exchange knowledge and solutions that enable greater international agri-food trade to strengthen food security and economic development.
