Presents an analysis of the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on livelihoods and the food security of billions of people, as well as effective policy responses to this crisis. This e-book builds upon lessons presented in an earlier volume that documented the impacts of the pandemic as of mid-2020. In this new e-book, new research and lessons learned over the past 18 months are presented, drawing on contributions from IFPRI and the CGIAR COVID-19 Hub.
