Description

This III Report of the La Rábida Observatory on Sustainable Development and Climate Change for Ibero-America focuses on the relationship between climate change and food systems, in a broad way, taking into account their observed and projected impacts, as well as their influence on ecosystems. . For this, data is presented that serves to situate the challenges in the matter, providing answers and offering concrete recommendations, adapted to the needs of Latin America. Additionally, a special effort has been devoted to identifying projects that are already proposing responses that serve to transform food systems in Ibero-American territories with the urgency necessary at this time.
