Acceleration and access to financing in Central America

This report presents information on entrepreneurship in Central America and qualitative findings on accelerators and investors. The objective is to delve into what types of capital entrepreneurs are seeking when they apply to an accelerator and whether these accelerators effectively connect them with the capital they need. In addition, it explores ways in which accelerators and financing providers can collaborate better for the benefit of early-stage companies, including a balance of bio-enterprises accessing incubation and/or acceleration.
