The University Observatory on Food and Nutritional Security is an initiative aimed at strengthening the Food and Nutritional System of Honduras through the generation, integration, and socialization of information. The digital and physical platform allows for knowledge management and supports the management of public policies and programs for food and nutritional security in Honduras
