This publication is a compilation of evidence-based findings from a selected group of researchers from around the world. In particular, Chapter 1 presents seven priorities to accelerate the transformation towards healthier, more sustainable, equitable and resilient food systems. These are: (i) ending hunger and improving diets; (ii) reduce risk to food systems; (iii) protect equality and rights; (iv) promote bioscience; (v) protect resources; (vi) sustain aquatic feeds; and (vii) take advantage of digital technology.
