The analysis presents planning differently from how it has been developed in the country; starting the gaps in the agricultural sector and its relationship with each of the links in the chain: (production, transformation, sales and final consumer); In the same way, each link is related to different variables: (productive, environmental, social, legal, infrastructure, commercial, and innovation – research). Finally, the analysis of each link and its component is carried out to determine the contribution to the territorial planning processes.
