Description
The SIAT-Subnational is a platform that opens the opportunity to the 32 states of Mexico to monitor and report the mitigation and adaptation actions to Climate Change that they implement in their territories. It seeks to be an MRV (measurement, reporting and verification) and M&E (monitoring and evaluation) system for climate actions at the subnational level in Mexico.
