Description
This document is a manual on good practices in the dairy sector to prevent the negative impacts of COVID-19, as this could ensure the continuity of sectoral operations and contribute to the economic reactivation of the countries. For its application to be effective, it will require a wide dissemination and training of producers, processors and extension workers, among other actors in the chain. This manual applies to establishments of primary production, collection and processing of milk and dairy products, this because the manual aims to support countries in the application of preventive measures in the dairy sector in the face of the coronavirus disease pandemic 2019 ( COVID-19), aimed at protecting people's health, ensuring the continuous supply of food to the population and generating favorable conditions for the reactivation of the sector
