Description
This catalog presents a collection of 32 innovations from 18 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean, shared through a digital questionnaire conducted by FAO and IICA. It documents innovative technologies, approaches, and tools applied to livestock value chains. The catalog aims to showcase solutions to the challenges faced by livestock producers and extended food systems, with demonstrated impacts on youth employment, gender equality, overcoming financial barriers, market access, productivity and farm income growth, and improved system resilience, among others.
