Latin America in the post-pandemic scenario: reactivation and financing of the 2030 Agenda

This document is based on the discussions of the Foreign Policy Dialogue session, organized by CIDOB with the sponsorship of the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, on November 16, 2021, entitled “Reactivation and Financing of the 2030 Agenda in Latin America in the Post-Pandemic Scenario.” The document is structured in two parts: the first addresses the region’s financing needs in the context of recovery and the role that regional development institutions can play. The second analyzes the role of international cooperation from the EU and its member states in regional development programs and how the pandemic has affected the development agenda in the region.
