Mapping of policy initiatives to promote agri-food digitalization in 6 Latin American and Caribbean countries

The Mapping of policy initiatives explores the initiatives undertaken by States to promote agrifood digitization. A survey was carried out of initiatives led by public portfolios linked to agriculture and aimed directly at promoting digitization. The survey was conducted in six countries in the different regions of the Americas, on the basis of open searches for information in the public domain. For each country, a person with expertise in the subject was consulted in order to verify and enrich the findings. Each initiative is characterized according to a series of attributes (start date, objective, actors involved, actions carried out, among others).
