Methodology for the analysis of policy alternatives to face conditions in the fertilizer market in Latin American countries

It proposes a simple and immediately applicable methodology in the countries of the region; to analyze the possible effect of alternative or complementary measures to attenuate the current conditions in the import prices of fertilizers and their impact on the conditions of the main groups of actors in the most sensitive agri-food system chains for reasons of consumption among the population lower income; and who most depend on these inputs.
