Genome Data of Foc Race 1 and Tropical Race 4 Isolates Using Long-Read Sequencing (2019)

Two chromosome-wide assemblies of F. oxysporum f. sp. cubense race 1 and tropical race 4 strains were generated using single-molecule real-time sequencing. These two new reference genomes represent a more than 100-fold improvement over previous assemblies and are a valuable resource for comparative analysis of the races.
