Biological Control Agents Against Fusarium Wilt of Banana (2019)

The article presents the results obtained in some studies. A review of the main Biological Control Agents (BCA) showed 182 articles since 1970 in which a wide range of knowledge was presented, which reached field tests with high efficiency, giving an important value for control close to 79% by means of bacterial strains (Pseudomonas spp.) and some endophytes (Trichoderma spp.). It is recommended to continue the research and start the standardisation of the use of the alternatives to deepen and improve their effectiveness of application, establishing effective formulations, application protocols and integrated strategies.
