Description

The study evaluated the antagonistic capacity of bacteria and endophytic fungi isolated from the rhizosphere of banana crops, taking into account races 1 and 4, which have important effects on the varieties currently used. The effects of bacteria and fungi on control were tested, and the organisms with the highest percentage of inhibition against Fusarium were identified at the species level using molecular techniques. As a result, seven bacteria were obtained, which were identified as: Bacillus cereus, two strains of Serratia marcescens, Variovorax paradoxus, Cupriavidus necator, Nocardioides nitrophenolicus and the seventh bacterium could not be sequenced due to lack of time, it is recommended to take the experiment to the field to corroborate the results.
