Involvement of soil abiotic factors in the mechanisms of soil suppressiveness to fusarium wilts (1993)

Tests were carried out on two palm grove soils with different contents of sands, clays and silts, which were infested with Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. iini; it showed a greater decrease in inoculum in suppressive soils (clays and humus of higher percentage) than in favourable soils. This study may be applicable to Foc R4T.
