Description
Investigation of the in vitro antifungal quality of chitosan against Fusarium Race 4 (Foc R4T). At all concentrations tested, the fungal hyphae on dextrose agar were reduced by up to 76% at 8 mg/ml and chitosan by more than 1.6 mg/ml, which already generated morphological changes in the fungal structure.
