Description
The study analyses the genomic variation of the translation elongation factor 1a (TEF-1a) and the intergenic spacer region (IGS) of the Foc R4T ribosomal operon from banana production areas, representing 20 vegetative compatibility groups (VCG), a multiplex PCR was developed for fungal or plant samples discriminating some genotypes to support the eradication and quarantine strategy.
