Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense is a soil-borne fungal pathogen causing wilt on banana (Musa spp. L.), Race 4 is especially important because it affects several cultivars, the metabolites and mode of action are not clear, the study studied root exudate-producing legumes that had action on Foc R4T.
