Review by Acil Allen which mentions the beginnings of the R4T program that started as a response to the identification of Panama disease in 2015. It also describes the efforts of the program; in the face of negative eradication, the program changed to control and containment with emphasis on the Biosecurity Act (2014). The review discusses the banana industry in North Queensland, its history and an update on decisions regarding the program; it also provides recommendations and implementation.
