UNEP joins alliance to implement One Health approach

The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) signs a memorandum of understanding to join the One Health Tripartite Alliance, which brings together the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the World Health Organization (WHO) and the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE), giving rise to a Quadripartite organization. And this applies to the collective need for clean water, energy and air, safe and nutritious food, combating climate change and promoting sustainable development.
