LACLIMA - Latin American Climate Lawyers Initiative for Mobilizing Action

LACLIMA is a network of jurists dedicated to the development of climate change law in Latin America. Its activities began in Brazil, on September 7, 2019, and are now expanding throughout Latin America. Its objective is to make experience, knowledge and legal vision available to stakeholders and Brazilian society, to support the implementation of the Paris Agreement and other international commitments assumed by Brazil within the scope of the UN.
