Description

The study applies a policy coherence diagnostic tool to ten African and Asian countries using 189 interviews and a review of 808 documents. It finds strong policy frameworks but weaknesses in implementation, monitoring, and accountability, as well as substantial incoherence between trade policies and various food system goals.
