Description

The paper presents a methodological framework for real-time climate risk assessment that combines short-term weather forecasting with agricultural supply chain risk modeling in Colombia. A prototype shows that precipitation nowcasts can be translated into indicators supporting anticipatory inventory, sourcing, and transport decisions.
