Representatives from agriculture, industry, construction, banking, and labor organizations warned that deficiencies in roads, rural routes, ports, and railways constrain Argentina's production, exports, and competitiveness. Rebuilding existing infrastructure would require approximately US$1.5 trillion, while annual maintenance would cost around US$25 billion.
