Description

OECD technical report analysing how governments can anticipate and monitor water-related risks affecting agriculture, including droughts, floods, water scarcity and declining water quality. The report examines information, monitoring, assessment and early-warning tools and highlights the need to combine climate, hydrological and agricultural data to support timely decisions. It also emphasises stronger institutional coordination, tailoring tools to user needs and improving the communication of information to increase agricultural resilience.
