Observatory for Innovation in the Silvoagricultural Sector and the Agri-food Chain (OPIA)

Open information platform developed by the Foundation for Agricultural Innovation of Chile’s Ministry of Agriculture to support the incorporation of innovation into products and processes in the agricultural, forestry and agri-food sectors. OPIA brings together funding opportunities, training activities, events, news, innovation projects, technical documents, publications, videos, directories and digital solutions for agriculture. It also provides a user community for information and knowledge exchange, a national database of innovation projects and the VigiFIA system, which offers strategic intelligence content on scientific publications, patents, projects, public policies, technologies and trends relevant to decision-making.
