The Rural Women and Youth Program presents a series of four workbooks designed to support outreach efforts targeting young people and to promote work based on an intergenerational approach, facilitating the two-way transfer of knowledge. The first workbook in the series is designed to provide methodological tools for conducting presentations and icebreaker sessions that help participants integrate into the outreach process from the very beginning.
