Galapagos strengthens agricultural and livestock production with more innovation and sustainability

A field visit by Ecuador's Vice Minister of Rural Development and Innovation to the Galápagos province, encompassing bovine artificial insemination sessions to improve local herd genetics and a presentation of the "7×7" credit scheme as a financing option for island producers. The visit also included a tour of a farm combining agrotourism with sustainable practices such as the production of biofertilizers, organic fertilizers, and agricultural substrates from plant residues and pig manure.
