Description
This bulletin presents the seasonal climate outlook for April–June 2026, forecasting near-normal to above-normal rainfall, above-average temperatures, and neutral ENSO conditions with a 55% probability of persistence. It includes tables showing rainfall exceedance probabilities relative to crop water requirements for selected crops, as well as average rain days by meteorological station. Practical advisories are provided to farmers on recommended crops for the season, drainage management, fungal disease monitoring, and livestock care under heat stress and elevated humidity.
