80th Central America Climate Outlook: May to July 2026

Technical report from the 80th Central America Climate Forum, coordinated by CRRH-SICA, presenting the regional rainfall and temperature outlook for May to July 2026. The document analyzes oceanic and atmospheric conditions, precipitation scenarios, possible evolution toward El Niño, onset of the rainy season, midsummer drought, meteorological drought and tropical cyclone activity. Its purpose is to guide informed decision-making in agriculture, food and nutrition security, fisheries, health, risk management, water resources and agricultural health.
