Description
The report examines the potential of Web3 and blockchain technologies as enabling digital infrastructure for development in Venezuela, addressing technical, legal, economic, social and ethical dimensions, as well as challenges for responsible adoption and their contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It is based on a multisectoral dialogue held in September 2025 involving public, private and academic stakeholders.
