Description

This manual presents a model of agri-food production based on the principles of regenerative agriculture that integrates, in a holistic way, the management of soil, crops, livestock, and forests within agro-silvo-pastoral systems. The document explains techniques and practices aimed at improving soil fertility, increasing biodiversity, mitigating climate change, and recovering abandoned rural territories, using the experience implemented on the Planeses farm (Girona, Spain) as a reference. It also provides practical guidelines so that farmers, researchers, and other stakeholders can learn about and replicate this sustainable production model in different contexts.
