Nature-based solutions for climate change mitigation and adaptation in Latin American cities

This document is the third in a series produced under the LAIF Initiative on Cities and Climate Change, funded by the European Union and implemented by CAF and the French Development Agency (AFD). The first chapter highlights the role of Nature-based Solutions in climate change mitigation and adaptation in urban environments; the second describes the projects developed under the initiative; and the third presents the main lessons learned and recommendations for advancing their implementation in cities across the region.
