Technical report

Description
Limiting global warming to 1.5°C, as outlined in the Paris Agreement, requires reducing global greenhouse gas emissions by 50% by 2030 compared to current levels. Achieving carbon neutrality is essential to mitigating the impacts of climate change on well-being, livelihoods, and natural resources. To achieve this, companies across all sectors must make progress in decarbonizing their production, distribution, and supply chains. This urgency explains the growing number of companies that have committed to carbon neutrality targets, primarily focused on reducing emissions associated with their value chains and the use of their products.
