Description

Regional report prepared by FAO presenting the main findings and recommendations of project TCP/RLA/3403, aimed at strengthening public policies on food and nutrition security (FNS) with an intercultural approach for indigenous peoples in Latin America and the Caribbean. Based on experiences in Colombia, Guatemala, and Paraguay, the study analyzes gaps in malnutrition, food governance, access to resources, and the cultural relevance of existing policies, proposing guidelines for the design of differential policies and mechanisms for effective participation.
