Publication produced by the Milan Urban Food Policy Pact (MUFPP), the Mercociudades Network, and the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS), presenting a series of webinars aimed at promoting the adoption of sustainable urban food policies in Latin American cities. The document analyzes the main urban challenges related to food security, nutrition, and social equity, highlighting experiences from cities such as Rosario, Belo Horizonte, São Paulo, Havana, and Montevideo. It also introduces the six categories of the MUFPP and the mechanisms for cooperation between local governments to strengthen food governance, sustainable production, and the reduction of food waste in the region.
