Importance of agricultural planning with a national vision, within the framework of national objectives

Presentation given at the Conference on “Agricultural Planning Using Technology and Involving All Three Levels of Government” (2025). The document highlights the importance of coordinating agricultural planning with national, regional, and local strategic objectives, in accordance with SINAPLAN. It addresses the need for inter-institutional and territorial coordination, the link between policies, plans, and programs, as well as territorial governance as a central axis to ensure sustainability, efficiency, and better services for citizens.
